Fourchette Magazine

Fourchette Magazine is a new Belgian magazine focusing on food, fine dining, design and travel.
For the very first issue, I wrote about Noma 2.0 (the makeover of one of the world’s best restaurants located in Copenhagen); a mushroom-breeding initiative in Antwerp called Pad en Stoel; and several pages on restaurants and books.
